Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management skills.

Nice To Haves

One year of recent home health experience preferred.
Home health or hospice experience preferred.
Positive attitude, with enthusiasm for caring for our community.

Responsibilities

Provides skilled nursing care for home health patients following physicians’ orders and the established Plan of Care.
Participates in the supervision of Home Health Aides and LPN's.
Coordinates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team ensuring the enactment of the Plan of Treatment.
