About The Position

Located in the heart of Wine Country, The Meadows of Napa Valley, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, is the area’s premier senior living experience. Our retreat-like campus offers residents resort-style services and amenities, gorgeous residences, delicious dining at our three onsite restaurants, and a continuum of healthcare including Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. We are currently seeking our next Registered Nurse to join our team! This role pays $42.00 to $53.50 per hour Depending on Experience. This is a PM Shift, 2:00 to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program
Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team.
Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.
Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
