About The Position
The Willow Tree Care Center is seeking outstanding RNs (Registered Nurse) who enjoy providing compassionate senior care. Immediate PRN shifts are available. This role offers a low staff to resident ratio, leadership and mentoring opportunities, and competitive pay. Our RNs support the Director of Nursing, taking on responsibilities such as completing resident assessments and administering medications. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to step into a leadership role or advance their career, blending clinical work with staff leadership by directing and managing caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs and provide excellent care. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- Love for seniors!
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Director of Nursing
- Complete resident assessments
- Administer medications
- Direct and manage caregivers, med techs, and other employees in meeting resident needs and providing excellent care
