The unit offers 24/7 supervision and care with staff, including psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and social workers, available around the clock to monitor patients, administer treatment, and provide therapeutic support. The unit offers a structured daily routine that helps patients manage symptoms, with activities such as therapy sessions, group counseling, medication administration, and wellness monitoring. The environment is designed to keep patients and staff safe, with restricted access, and protocols in place to manage potential risks.
Requirements
- MA Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
- Diploma in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients
