About The Position

Baptist Health Louisville is hiring a Staff RN for its 4 North Telemetry unit. The hospital’s progressive care units provide intermediate-level care to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical diagnoses, including stroke, COPD, congestive heart failure, and post-surgical conditions. The units have 21 private rooms each and provide fast-paced, high-level patient- and family-centered care. Nurses work as part of a team, with the RN serving as care coordinator to meet patient needs. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care to meet patients’ needs.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care to adult and geriatric patients receiving intermediate-level care.
• Work collaboratively as part of the unit team.
