Registered Nurse Full Time Day Shift
About The Position
The Staff RN will work in Baptist Health Louisville’s 4 North Telemetry unit, one of seven Progressive Care Units in the main hospital. The unit has 21 private rooms and provides intermediate-level care to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including stroke, COPD, congestive heart failure, and post-surgical conditions. The RN serves as a care coordinator within a team-oriented environment, providing high-level, patient- and family-centered care. The telemetry units are fast-paced and offer ongoing learning opportunities. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license.
- BCLS required.
- ACLS required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care to meet patient needs.
- Provide intermediate-level care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Deliver patient- and family-centered care as part of the unit team.
