About The Position

Greenwood Village South is a non-profit Life Plan Community in Greenwood, Indiana, offering a continuum of care that includes independent and assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation services, and long-term care. The community is located on a 60-acre campus and serves more than 750 residents. It is managed by Life Care Services. The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to residents, works with a supportive team, and helps create positive relationships and experiences. Available schedules include full-time evening shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., including every other Saturday and Sunday; a full-time weekend option on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Starting base pay is $34 per hour, with base rates up to $39 per hour depending on experience. Evening and night shifts receive a $2 differential, and weekend shifts receive a $3 differential. Requirements

Hold a valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing services, including resident assessments, taking vital signs, and administering medication.
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and provide instruction in daily living activities.
Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations.
Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, changes to care plans, and follow-up needs.
Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
