The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, skin, wound, assessment, treatment nursing care to all patients consulted. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process as it pertains to wound care. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, PI, Infection Control, Tissue Integrity Tool with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Wound care experience
