About The Position
Responsible for the care and management of patients with wounds/ostomies. Provides case management to a group of patients completing specific assessments according to evidence-based practice/protocols, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound and/or ostomy care/treatment. Provides efficient and effective care in collaboration with the physician and is able to manage a number of patients at the same time. Collaborates with other healthcare providers, Supervisors, Managers, Physicians, and Directors, regarding department and patient needs.
Requirements
- IL licensed RN
- BLS
- 2 years RN experience

Benefits
- Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $31.25 - $49.06
