Requirements
- Associate Degree RN
- IL licensed RN
- BLS
- 2 years RN experience

- Wound Care Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides case management to a group of patients completing specific assessments according to evidence based practice/ protocols, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments and patient/caregiver education related to wound and/or ostomy care/treatment.
- Provides efficient and effective care in collaboration with the physician and is able to manage a number of patients at the same time.
- Collaborates with other health care providers, Supervisors, Managers, Physicians, and Directors, regarding department and patient needs.
