About The Position
Join a collaborative, patient-centered Ambulatory RN team delivering high-quality outpatient care to Vascular Surgery patients. This is a full-time day shift role, working 5 days a week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This position blends phone triage with in-office nurse visits, offering variety, strong provider collaboration, and meaningful patient relationships in a specialized outpatient setting. Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years experience, subject to CNO approval).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Responsibilities
