About The Position

This role is for a Vascular Access Team Nurse at Riddle Hospital, working every other weekend. As a Staff Nurse, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, providing essential IV placement for patients to receive medications. This position is integral to the patient experience. The role encourages professional development through MLH Education & Development Classes, performance appraisals, and 1:1 communication with your Manager. You can also get involved in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year of experience in acute care nursing required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of ER, Pre Op experience preferred.
• Experience with Ultra sounded guided IV is preferred.
• One plus years of Vascular Access teams experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
