As an RN, you’ll provide a mix of patient education, nurse-only visits, and phone triage support while working with a fun, supportive team. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional care for patients with complex needs.

Requirements

Active RN license in Wisconsin
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

Nice To Haves

At least one year of RN experience
A collaborative mindset, integrity, and a love for teaching
Ability to work with others, to be team-centric, and easily adapt to changing needs

Responsibilities

Conduct nurse-only visits for pre-op and post-op care, including wound care and catheter placement/changes
Manage phone triage and in-basket messaging
Provide extensive patient and family education
Perform hands-on care, including device placement checks and catheter care
Work at the top of your scope with complex patients and upcoming conscious sedation plans
Collaborate with departments including Internal Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Wound Center, Family Medicine, General Surgery, and the Cancer Center
