About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to lead clinical operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while providing leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee care coordination, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
- COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
- 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care in alignment with individualized care plans and facility policies
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility guidelines
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Conduct routine rounds and address resident and family concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
