Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Medicine

Passport HealthAnn Arbor, MI
Onsite

About The Position

Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization provider, with over 300 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. This role offers experienced RNs an opportunity to move away from high-pressure hospital or traditional clinic settings into a role focused on autonomy, specialized expertise, and one-on-one patient connection. Most nurses work independently, managing their own day and client interactions, supported by clinical leadership. The role involves developing expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning, with each client interaction being a true consultation. The position may also involve supporting immigration-related medical services, including civil surgeon exams and required vaccinations for USCIS applicants, which requires attention to detail and comfort with regulated documentation workflows. The scheduling is census-based, meaning hours vary based on client demand, season, and location, but the company aims for 6-12 months of consistency and requires availability within set scheduling windows. Peak travel seasons generally bring higher and more stable volume.
