Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Medicine
About The Position
Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization provider, with over 300 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. This role offers experienced RNs an opportunity to step out of high-pressure hospital or traditional clinic settings into a role focused on autonomy, specialized expertise, and genuine one-on-one patient connection. The nurse runs their clinic, owns their patient experience, and manages their day by seeing clients and providing them with the best experience possible, supported by a network of clinical leadership. This is a specialty where nurses develop deep expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning. Every client interaction is a true consultation.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- 2+ year of clinical nursing experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Reliable access to a personal computer (training systems require desktop or laptop)
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet)
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory as needed

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks
- Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions
- Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate
- Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols
- Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed
- Complete ongoing travel medicine training
- Perform immigration physicals and maintain strict USCIS documentation compliance (at select locations)
