Develop advanced assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills while caring for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and support in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Requirements

• BSN required, or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience required
• BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

• Critical Care experience strongly preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
