About The Position

Registered Nurse/RN – Telemetry PRN Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032. Work hours: PRN "as needed" - variable 12-hour Day shifts. Must be available to work a minimum of one 12-hour shift per six-week period. Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire. Telemetry Department Highlights: Supportive team environment. Requirements

• Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as registered nurse required
• 1 year of Telemetry experience strongly preferred; Med Surg experience helpful
• Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Med Surg experience helpful
