Requirements

• Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse plus three (3) years acute care nursing
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN Supervisory experience and/or Charge RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide essential leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units or shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Optimize staffing, resource utilization, and patient flow.
• Proactively address any emergent patient care or operational problems.
• Supervise nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and adherence to organizational standards and policies.
