About The Position
This role is for a Nurse Supervisor of the Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) in a weekend program. The position is onsite at the Radnor Corporate Office. The supervisor will lead the VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration to ensure efficient patient flow and bed capacity management. This includes collaborating with campus and VCOC leadership to develop and integrate real-time and trended key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and patient flow. Requirements
- 3-5 years healthcare experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- RN required
- ASN required
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
