About The Position

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Patriots Village Veterans Home | Sumter, SC. Patriots Village is South Carolina’s newest State Veterans Home, providing post-acute rehabilitation, extended skilled nursing care, and specialized memory care for veterans in Sumter, South Carolina. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
• Clinical assessment and nursing leadership skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to pass employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and support the nursing team
• Assess resident needs and help develop individualized care plans
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
• Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
