About The Position

This position is for an Observation RN. The role requires the nurse to float between various like units within their skill set. The facility is Providence St. Peter Hospital, a Short Term Acute Care facility with 325 staffed beds. Charting is done via EPIC. The position involves caring for patients requiring overnight stays after surgical procedures, procedural observation patients, medical observation patients, some medical inpatient care, and some long length of stay patients.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be able to work every other weekend (EOW).
• Must have a permanent residence outside of 50 miles of the facility.
• First-timers accepted.

Nice To Haves

• RTO preference to keep under 7 days.

Responsibilities
