About The Position

Indiana University Health is looking for passionate, experienced nurses to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals. This is a fast-paced pre/post area. We pre-op a variety of surgical patients from multiple specialties. Currently we recover Endoscopy patients. If you are a team player and eager to learn and grow your nursing skills, we have availability for nurses. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday, no scheduled weekends or holidays. Minimal call is required within a 6-week period. This position is referral eligible and qualifies for a location differential.

Requirements

At least 1+ year of RN experience.
Associates of Nursing (ASN).
Current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with over two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
