Registered Nurse (RN)-PRN
About The Position
Circleville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Registered Nurse to provide meaningful, resident-centered care as part of a supportive healthcare team. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability. The nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans; assesses resident conditions and communicates changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members; administers medications and treatments safely; and supervises and supports STNAs and other nursing staff. The role also helps ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations while promoting quality care in a positive environment focused on residents. The employer describes a workplace culture built on teamwork and compassion, with supportive leadership and a nursing team. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
