About The Position
This is a Per Diem/On Call Registered Nurse position. The role involves ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, participating in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiating plans of care as needed, and supervising resident care. The nurse will also develop assignments in coordination with care partners and ensure team members are accountable for resident care and satisfaction. A minimum commitment of 2 shifts per month is required, with shifts being available as needed.
Requirements
- Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
- Clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional managerial experience in related field
- Current RN license in Washington
- Current CPR certification
