Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis Inpatient
About The Position
The Registered Nurse in Dialysis Inpatient provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The nurse uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassionate communication, and nursing skills to help create a safe patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum of care. The position is based in the Dialysis Inpatient department at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center. The schedule is days with varied hours and call; the nurse may be required to float to Navicent Baldwin and Navicent Rehab. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
