About The Position

Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.

The role is on the 4th Floor East Step Down Unit in Mullica Hill and is a full-time night position.

Requirements

• Current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Critical Care Course required within six months of hire.
• Enroll in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. This educational requirement has grandfathered exemptions for employees hired on or before May 31, 2013 (IMC), August 4, 2015 (IMCW), or May 31, 2023 (IMCM).

Nice To Haves

• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in the specialty area is required for per diem positions; two years preferred.
