Registered Nurse RN | Adult and Pediatric Nursing
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Gastonia area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients and their families in their homes. This includes opportunities for 1:1 School Nursing with pediatric clients. The company emphasizes growing skills while working close to home, serving clients in Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Richmond, and Union Counties. Nurses will travel to client homes on a chosen schedule, follow doctor's orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, document observations, and perform skills with autonomy.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home
