About The Position
C-Care Health Services is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) for an eye clinic in North York. The role requires availability at least once a week, specifically on Wednesdays from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. Requirements
- Successful completion of a Nursing Diploma program
- Active registration of Registered Nurse license with CNO
- Valid BLS certificate
- Fluency in Cantonese is a must

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while upholding patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Conduct patient assessments prior to procedures to ensure good physical and psychological condition, monitor vital signs and other physical indicators.
- Educate patients about the procedures, providing necessary information and setting expectations.
- Educate patients and families on post-procedure guidelines, including care, pain management, and prescribed medication.
- Adhere to standard precautions, including proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and correct handling/disposal of waste.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment through proper disinfection practices and adherence to infection control protocols.
