About The Position
Aviata at Central Park is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents at its facility in Brandon, Florida. The RN supervises staff and oversees resident care in accordance with standards of care and practice, applicable regulations, and facility policies and procedures. The RN also coordinates care with other facility personnel and supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
