About The Position
Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time (0.75 FTE) RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). NICU RNs provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants. This role involves a 12-hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend and rotating holiday coverage. After successful orientation and experience, you will be a part of the NICU Transport Team caring for critically ill neonates during transport under the direction of the Neonatologist. You will work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
- Basic Life Support CPR
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 4 months of hire
