About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Long-Term Care (LTC) experience to provide quality care to residents in a supportive and engaging environment. The position is in Cordova, Alaska, with day shifts scheduled from 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM. Training begins December 3, 2026, and the expected start date on the floor is December 6, 2026. Housing is provided and paid for, with shared or private accommodations depending on availability. Housing is within half a mile of the hospital and local amenities; pets are not permitted. Holiday coverage is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Long-Term Care.
- Active RN license in Alaska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
