About The Position
Our BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are currently seeking day and overnight shift nurses for our adorable infant trach and vent client. This sweet infant lives with her loving parents and brothers in Bensalem, PA, where she is surrounded by the comfort of family and home. This opportunity allows you to build valuable experience delivering high-acuity, hospital-level care in a home setting. Whether you're experienced in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care or looking to expand your clinical skills, our Home Intensive Care Unit (HICU™) Health Service team provides comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child's life while growing your nursing expertise, we are ready to welcome you!
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
