Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minnesota RN License
• 1 year of long-term care experience, RN experience preferred
• Infection Preventionist certificate required within 3 months of hire
• Basic Life Support CPR
• Obtain CPR Instructor within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide infection surveillance and management
• Staff education and monitoring of required education
• Assist with care center surveys
• Lead quality improvement activities
