Requirements

• Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland.
• 6-12 months of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff.

• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes.
