About The Position
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse RN to join our Texas Health family at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth. This is a full-time day shift position in the GI Lab. The hospital is a 222-bed full-service facility with various services including surgical, imaging, a 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics, adult critical care, and a Level III NICU. The hospital has been serving Tarrant County since 1987 and is a Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program
- A high degree of confidentiality
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of Endo/GI experience
- Critical care experience
