About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with tracheostomy and ventilator experience to care for pediatric or adult clients in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships with clients and families, and make a significant impact on someone's life. The position is full-time with benefits, allowing nurses to utilize their specialized skills to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Trach and ventilator experience with pediatric or adult clients
- Commitment to 40 hours per week
- Availability to work 4 weekend shifts per month
- Commitment to working 2 holidays per year
- Compassionate, dependable nurse passionate about providing excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric or adult clients in their homes.
- Utilize specialized nursing skills, including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
