About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Arbor Grove Village, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding care experience. The position is offered full time on nights, with pay of $38–$41 per hour. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and other facility teams.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
