Registered Nurse (RN) / PRN
About The Position
We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Registered Nurse for a flexible PRN opportunity completing assessments and reassessments for clients receiving home care services. Compensation is based on completed assessments and reassessments, with assignments and schedules depending on client needs and availability. Rates are determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and position requirements. The nurse reviews client information, documents findings, completes required paperwork in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies, and submits thorough and accurate assessment documentation by established deadlines. The role also involves communicating relevant findings and updates to appropriate team members and maintaining client confidentiality and professional documentation standards. Client visits may be required, and reliable transportation is needed for those visits. This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking flexible work and the chance to apply nursing expertise in home care. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments responsibly.
- Reliable transportation for visits to client locations, as required.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing assessment and documentation experience preferred.
- Home care or home health experience is a plus.
