About The Position
UW Medical Center - Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time, Variable days shifts, REGISTERED NURSE in the PRE ANESTHESIA DEPARTMENT. Our Pre-Anesthesia Clinic RNs provide pre-anesthetic assessment and teaching to 40-60 patients/day, either in clinic or by phone. Nurses receive specialty training to perform a complete pre-anesthesia evaluation.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted WA license
- One year of recent ICU or ED/ER experience or prior PACU, Phase I and Phase 2
- ACLS and PALS required
- L-RN | REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE - WA State
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-anesthetic assessment and teaching to 40-60 patients/day, either in clinic or by phone.
- Perform a complete pre-anesthesia evaluation.
Benefits
- $5.00/hr night shift
- $4.00/hr weekends
- $3.00/hr evening shifts
- $1.00/hr BSN Premium
- $1.25/hour Nursing Certification
