Registered Nurse RN - Pick Your Days or Overnights
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a male patient in Warrenville, IL. This role involves 24/7 care, including managing a G-tube, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), fall prevention, personal care, and hygiene. The RN will be responsible for providing thoughtful care based on a personalized Plan of Care, monitoring patient conditions, and communicating changes to the Director of Nursing and other relevant personnel. Family updates on the plan of care, health changes, and concerns are also a key part of this role. This position offers flexible scheduling with options for day shifts (9am – 9pm) or overnight shifts (9pm – 9am), with PRN options, home health, or facility shifts available.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of Illinois
- At least 1 year of paid RN nursing Experience
- Valid TB Test, CPR, & Work Physical
- Understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Valid D.L. & Vehicle with Insurance

Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
- Manage G-tube, ADLs, Fall Prevention, Personal Care, and Hygiene
