About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a male patient in Warrenville. This role involves 24/7 care, focusing on G-tube care, ADLs, fall prevention, personal care, and hygiene. The ideal candidate will monitor patient conditions, communicate changes to the Director of Nursing, and keep the patient's family informed about the plan of care and health updates. We offer flexible scheduling options, including day and overnight shifts, and various work settings such as PRN, home health, or facility shifts.

Requirements

Current unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of Illinois
At least 1 year of paid RN nursing experience
Valid TB Test, CPR, & Work Physical
Understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
Valid Driver's License & Vehicle with Insurance

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 Registered Nurse care, 24/7
Administer G-tube care, ADLs, Fall Prevention, Personal Care, and Hygiene
Provide thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care
Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
Keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed of patient status
Proactively update client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
Utilize mobile time tracking and care notes for clocking in and out
