About The Position

Myers Park Internal Medicine (MPIM) is a busy, well-established academic, community primary care practice in Charlotte, NC, serving a diverse adult patient population. MPIM is a teaching clinic and residency continuity site, supporting comprehensive internal medicine care through a strong interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, clinical support staff, and ancillary services. The practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, team-based workflows, and professional development in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Prior ambulatory experience preferred
• 1 Years of RN experience preferred
• Bachelor’s in nursing preferred
