About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care family on dayshift. This role is ideal for an RN who believes nursing is more than a job—it’s about building relationships, making a difference, and helping residents live their best lives. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care, assess residents, monitor changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, develop and implement care plans, communicate with physicians and families, supervise staff, complete documentation, and promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Takes pride in providing exceptional resident care
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing
• Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times
• Ready to bring a positive attitude and caring heart to the team

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support nursing staff as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
