About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care through nursing education, nursing research, and innovations in nursing practice. This role operates within a team-based environment and offers outstanding opportunities for growth within a supportive culture. The position is located at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, a Magnet-designated regional referral center with a wide range of services including cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics and sports medicine, neonatal intensive care, and trauma/emergency medicine. The hospital is recognized for its oncology program and has received accolades such as 'Best Place to Have a Baby' in Tarrant County and designation as a Cycle III Chest Pain Center.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (Required)
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required)
- RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days (Required)
