About The Position

Sunnyvale Gardens is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred (senior living, long-term care, or assisted living experience a plus)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ health status and document changes
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and medical situations
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and facility policies
