About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income with a pay-per-visit model and flexible daytime hours. The position focuses on 1:1 patient care in the home environment, with AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time. The coverage area includes Apopka, FL, and Northwest Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health with Medicare OASIS experience

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
