About The Position

Northland Health Centers is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support an efficient, high-quality flow of care in its onsite clinic. The position supports providers and patients by helping keep visits organized from patient arrival through follow-up. The RN assists with patient care, scheduling and exam rooming, referral and appointment coordination, documentation follow-up, and front-desk and office support, including ordering supplies. The role is based at the McClusky clinic and follows a consistent schedule of three days per week, totaling 24 hours. The RN coordinates with the provider team and front desk, moves between patient-facing care and coordination tasks, answers questions, and ensures handoffs and follow-ups are in place.

Requirements

Current LPN licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Valid North Dakota driver's license.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient care.
Help with scheduling and rooming patients for exams.
Coordinate referrals and appointments.
Complete documentation follow-up.
Provide front-desk and office support, including ordering supplies.
Coordinate with the provider team and front desk to keep clinic visits organized and efficient.
Answer questions and ensure handoffs and follow-ups are in place.
