About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Registered Nurse (RN). This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction. The RN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include resident care, directing nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
