Requirements
- Graduate of BSN program required
- NYS Nursing License required
- 2 years Critical Care experience required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years Cath Lab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub cardiac diagnostic and Percutaneous Coronary Interventional (PCI) procedures performed in the Cath Lab.
- Admit and recover pre and post cath patients.
- Cross-train to hemodynamic monitoring.
- Perform hemostasis.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, assuming responsibility and accountability for the total care of assigned patients.
- Supervise and direct the activities of Patient Care Associates and Cath Lab Assistants.
- Be on call as required.
